Weighing advantages and disadvantages, selecting resources and methods, finding extracurriculars and your village, navigating documentation and implementation, dual enrollment and high school planning, all of it can quickly feel overwhelming. Let’s touch base so you can feel encouraged and equipped for success. I organize the annual Midwest Homeschool Expo, quarterly Midwest Homeschool Workshops and offer 1-1 consulting to build community and support as you navigate each stage of your family’s learning journey.
Personalized 1-1 support (all recommendations are secular using an expansive approach):
Consultation: Free - Let’s talk for 30 minutes about your family’s interest in homeschool/alternative learning and discuss options.
Learning Exploration: $200 - We begin with a 60 minute virtual meeting to discuss styles, methods and determine a schedule that works for your teaching needs and the student’s unique learning goals. I will walk through recommendations and plan options for 1 semester of 4 core subjects (Math, ELA, Science, Social Studies) and electives. This includes a recap with links to recommended resources and 1 - 60 minute mid-semester check in.
Curricula selection, lesson planning and scheduling input: $275 - The Learning Exploration program + entering your lesson schedule into Homeschool Planet (requires an individual subscription.)
In Person Planning Master Mind Session: Call to discuss needs
